EquipmentThe cloud seeding can be realized by instrumented aircrafts equipped with reagent seeding devices, shooting devices and airborne equipment for measurement of navigation parameters, cloud and atmosphere characteristics, necessary for cloud seeding and control of the results of cloud modification. An integral part of technical means, ensuring organization and realization of work on precipitation regulation in a proper way, is an automated digital dual-frequency meteorological radar MRL-5. AgencyThe autonomous noncommercial organization "Agency of atmospheric technologies" (ANO "Agency ATTEX") was created in 1999 with the purpose of operational use of designed by Roshydromet weather modificaton technologies on hydrometeorological processes and phenomena in different branches of economics by realization of experimental and producting activities on artificial regulation of precipitations, dissipation of clouds and fogs, preventing or decreasing of hail processes, fighting with early frosts and avalanches. The Agency disposes necessary aircraft and ground weather modification facilities, ecologically innocuous reagents and has a capability to attract in realization of activities of the best specialists of institutes and organizations of Roshydromet. |
